December 7th 2011 Community Dinner
The Baking Class will be preparing crunchy, twisty, tasty breadsticks for an appetizer and for dessert- a decadent spin on a Tiramisu Cheesecake with espresso-chocolate drizzle!
 
The Chef 1.0/2.0 Student Interns will be hand-rolling San Juan Pasta Company's fresh pasta into Cannelloni stuffed with house smoked local salmon from Matt's Fresh Fish.
