Kindergarten  

All items will be shared collectively

Box of sharpened colored pencils (any size box)

Box of 5oz paper cups

2 4oz bottles of glue

3 glue sticks

1 watercolor paints

Snacks - nutritious non-perishable items such as a package of crackers, rice cakes, raisins/other dried fruits, or pop corn (estimate about 20 students)

We invite each student to bring a backpack to school each day.

 

First Grade

1 box of crayons-no more than 24 count

1 pair of scissors-labeled with child's name

1 dozen #2 pencils-sharpened

1 box colored pencils-sharpened

1 eraser

1 box for supplies, no higher than a cigar box

4 glue sticks

1 box of pint size zip lock bags or paper plates or 1 roll of clear contact paper

1 wide-ruled spiral notebook

     *Please do not send any other supplies at this time.

     * We may need refills during the year.

     * Some of these supplies will be shared with the class.

 

Ms Evans’ First/Second Grade 

2 dozen #2 pencils, sharpened

1 dozen colored pencils, sharpened

1 set water-based markers

1 box crayons, no more than 24 count in a box

2 glue sticks

2 dry-erase pens, fine tip

1 package 3 x 5 index cards

1 3-ring binder with metal ring (LABEL with NAME)

1 wide-ruled spiral notebook

1 roll clear contact paper OR one package pint-sized ziploc bags

*Please do not send any other supplies at this time.

* We may need refills during the year.

* Except for the binder, do not label with child's name. These will become class materials.

 

Second Grade

(Do not label supplies.  These will become shared supplies in our classroom.)

2 dozen #2 pencils, sharpened

4 pink erasers

1 set water based markers

1 box crayons, no more than 24 count in a box)

4 glue sticks

2 dry-erase pens, fine tip

1 box of one gallon zip lock bags OR one package 3 x 5 index cards

(Mrs. Cooper's class only: 1 3-ring binder with metal ring and one box for supplies, no higher than a cigar box.)

 

Third Grade & Third/Fourth Split

*NO BINDER IS NECESSARY

1 box #2 pencils

1 pencil box no larger than 6” x 9”

1 ruler, standard and metric units

2 boxes of colored pencils

Pencil sharpener

Eraser caps

6 glue sticks

1 pair scissors

1 spiral notebook, wide ruled

Fine tipped washable markers

1 composition notebook

1 box 24 crayons

1 bullet tipped dry erase marker

* Please refrain from purchasing school supplies that resemble toys

* Please  have items labeled with student’s name

 

Fourth Grade

Please have items labeled with names  

All supplies are necessary.

1 set of highlighter pens: yellow, pink, green, blue

4 Low Odor BLACK dry erase pens for whiteboards

Whiteboard eraser w/ name on it

Place the highlighters/whiteboard pens in a plastic zip lock baggie.

1   2” ring binders  (2”spine)

1 pack of 5 divider tabs

1  WIDE ruled spiral notebook

1  package of WIDE ruled notebook paper

1  ruler standard & metric units

1  pencil box (needs to secure all the following)

1 pencil sharpener

2 dozen high quality WOOD #2 pencils & pencil cap erasers (NO SMENCILS - smelly pencils -or mechanical pencils)

set of colored pencils

set of thin washable felt tip markers

1 box 24 crayons

1 pair of scissors

3 glue sticks

Fifth Grade

3 holed Pencil Pouch

2-4 glue sticks

1 set of fine tipped markers

1 set of colored pencils (sharpened)

2 sturdy Pocket type folders

2 sturdy Pocket type folders w/ 3 brackets for holding paper (science & writing)

1 1-½” 3 ring binder, plain white with transparent Slip cover on the front and back, internal pockets (classroom binder)

1 set of Notebook removable paper-tabdividers (NOT plastic one piece or colder combo, leave blank to assign in class)

Large sturdy pencil box for cubby

1 composition book, not spiraled

1 highlighter any color

2 sets of 4 whiteboard pens (no yellow)

1 manual (no electric please!) pencil sharpener with shavings catch (very important)                           

*The following items are specific to Ms. Wavra’s class:

1 box of facial tissue

3-5 colors of thread

1 pkg of sewing needles

Ms Taylors' Fifth/Sixth Grade

#2 Pencils– 4 dozen (sharpened)

2-4 glue sticks

1 set of fine tipped colored markers

1 set of colored pencils (sharpened)

2 solid color sturdy pocket type folders w/ binder holes (homework & projects)

2 pocket type folders w/3 brackets for holding paper (science & writing)

1 set of 5-tab notebook dividers Binder paper-College ruled, 2 individual - 100 packs

 1-  1 1/2” ring binder, plain white with transparent slip cover on the front and back, internal pockets (classroom binder)

 1-  1/2” ring binder, plain with transparent slip cover (homework)

LARGE, sturdy Pencil/Supply box

1 highlighter any color

2 sets of 4 Whiteboard pens (no yellow)

1 Manual, pencil sharpener with shavings catch (very important)

Optional: 24 count crayons, scissors, ruler (metric/standard US)

 

Sixth Grade

Supplies should be brought in on the first day of school and should be replenished as the year progresses. 

Required items:

Supply of No. 2 pencils or mechanical pencils (plus extra lead)

Supply of erasers or eraser caps

Supply of blue or black pens

3-4 packages of loose leaf paper

3-ring binder

Divider tabs (at least 5), for sections within 3-ring binder

Pencil/supply case or pouch

Highlighters – Pink/Green/Yellow

Supply of correcting pens – green or red

Math & Science specific: 2 composition notebooks – college ruled  (Avoid spiral notebooks as these fall apart quickly when used on a daily basis.)

Humanities specific:  1 composition notebook - college ruled.

Nice to have items, but not required:

Hand-held pencil sharpener

Colored pencils

White-out

Scissors

Fine point black pen/marker (Sharpie’s work nicely)

Glue stick

Package of colored fine line markers
