OUR OCTOBER 15, 2002 PROPOSAL TO THE GATES FOUNDATION

On October 15th, we submitted our proposal to the Gates Foundation. The proposal presented both our High Tech High ideas and several community projects. The community projects would be managed by our proposed Fiscal Agents, WSA Cooperative Extension 4H Program and the Family Resource Center. Part III, below, summarized these projects while the details of each proposal are contained in the designated attachment. Several attachments (the signature pages, letters of support, etc) are not available in digital form and are not available through this site. The entire proposal is available in paper form at the San Juan Library for your review. The proposal was over 125 pages; for ease of navigation and for speed of download, the proposal has been divided into its component parts, as listed below.
