How to check your Grades - Assignments

and Student Information.

To access the SJISD Family and Student Access student information system, open this URL: family.sanjuanisland.wa-k12.net/  in your web browser.

You will find links to SJISD Family and Student Access under the Parent and Student web pages on the FHHS and FHMS websites. You will also find a link under the Parents page at the SJISD website www.sjisd.wednet.edu/sjisd/parents/parents.htm .

Login and Password information is printed on the label at the top of this page. If you need further assistance students may contact their advisor or the Library.

Supported Web Browsers: Macintosh® 8.1-9.X: Internet Explorer® 5.1.7 Macintosh® 10.3 or higher: Safari® 1.2 Windows® 98/NT/2000/XP: Internet Explorer® 5.5+, Beta versions of Web Browsers are not supported.

When you first open up the SJISD Family and Student Access page, you will see the Navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.  Follow these steps to check class and assignment information.

       Select Grading, from the Navigation Bar
       Next to each current course the student is enrolled in you will see columns T1, S1, etc.  Select the green “PR” icon for the class to see the assignments and grades you wish to view. If you are now in Term 1 you will currently want to select the T1 column.

       On the new window that opens you will see a tab for “All Assignments”, or you may select the Assignments button next to the category group that you wish to view. 

       NOTE: The Missing Assignments tab in this mode will ONLY display the Missing assignments for this single class, whereas the Missing Assignments tab from the first Grading window will display Missing assignments for all courses you are currently enrolled in T1, S1, etc. 

       When you have completed looking at assignments for this course, you may choose the Back button, or simply select Grading again from the Navigation bar to look at assignments for another course.

*When you have completed your session on the SJISD Family and Student Access student information system please log out of the system.*
