How to check your Grades - Assignments

and Student Information.

To access the SJISD Family and Student Access student information system, open this URL: family.sanjuanisland.wa-k12.net/  in your web browser.

You will find links to SJISD Family and Student Access under the Parent and Student web pages on the FHHS and FHMS websites. You will also find a link under the Parents page at the SJISD website www.sjisd.wednet.edu/sjisd/parents/parents.htm .

Login and Password information is printed on the label at the top of this page. If you need further assistance students may contact their advisor or the school office.

Supported Web Browsers: Macintosh® 8.1-9.X: Internet Explorer® 5.1.7 Macintosh® 10.3 or higher: Safari® 1.2 Windows® 98/NT/2000/XP: Internet Explorer® 5.5+, Beta versions of Web Browsers are not supported.

When you first open up the SJISD Family and Student Access page, you will see the Navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.  Follow these steps to check class and assignment information.

       Select “Gradebook”, from the Navigation Bar

For FHHS Students

       Under the “Progress Report” tab each current course the student is enrolled will be listed. You will see columns EL1 (Eligibility Check 1), S1 (Semester 1), etc.  By clicking on the underlined grade for the class, you will see assignments and grades. If you are now in Semester 1 you will want to select the S1 column. Semester 1 will show your cumulative grade. To see the Gradebook assignments and grades for each Eligibility Check click on the link for the class in the current Eligibility Check.

For FHMS Students

       Under the “Progress Report” tab each current course the student is enrolled will be listed. You will see columns PR1 (Progress Report 1), S1 (Semester 1), etc.  By clicking on the underlined grade for the class, you will see assignments and grades. If you are now in Semester 1 you will want to select the S1 column. Semester 1 will show your cumulative grade. To see the Gradebook assignments and grades for each Progress Report click on the link for the class in the current Progress Report.

       In the Gradebook window you will see a tab for “Missing Assignments”. This tab displays missing assignments for all courses you are currently enrolled in.

*When you have completed your session on the SJISD Family and Student Access student information system please log out of the system.*
