Healthy Youth Survey

Friday Harbor High School and Friday Harbor Middle School are participating in the 2008 Washington State Healthy Youth Survey on Monday, October 13 -17. Students across the state in grades 6, 8, 10 and 12 will take part in the survey. The survey asks questions that are related to students' increased risk of injury, poor health outcomes, and alcohol and drug use. Survey results are used by schools, communities and the state and local health departments to plan programs to support our youth and reduce their risks. A copy of the survey will be available to parents in the FHMS and FHHS offices. Please see the links to the English or Spanish information sheet and share this information with your student.
