Continuing Employee “Short Form” Evaluations: Option available
to any continuing teacher with 4 years of “satisfactory”
evaluations. Can be on short form for 3 consecutive years, then
must be on long form for at least 1 year. Any teacher on a
short form who is experiencing performance issues can be placed
immediately on the long form by the principal.
