II. Credits & Clock Hours Notification:

Please remember the following when submitting documentation of credits and clock hours earned for the purpose of calculating salary placement:

• You are responsible for providing valid transcripts of credits/clock hours to Human Resources in order for credits to be added to your total for salary placement purposes. There is no automatic notification to HR. 
• Clock hours must be submitted via official transcripts and signed by the provider.
• Clock hours providers must be authorized by OSPI. You are strongly encouraged to verify the authorization status of clock hours providers before registration. If a clock hours provider is not listed with OSPI, HR cannot accept the transcript.
