• The WIAA has released a plan for the upcoming high school sports seasons. The dates are and details are subject to change.  Those details and links have been added to our school website. This plan is contingent on the phased guidelines that have been set forth by our governor. In hopes that we will be able to move forward with students attending school, and school activities, this new 4 season plan from the WIAA is an outline, and gives some hope to the possibility of having athletic competition this coming school year.

The San Juan Island School District is working to move forward to get students back to summer practice and workouts. SJISD has made the decision to postpone all summer sports activities until San Juan County  moves fully into phase 3. We will have  plans in place and those plans will strictly follow the guidelines that have been set by the WIAA.

I want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. I believe that athletics plays a tremendous role in the lives of students. It is my hope that we can move forward and be competing again soon.
