    df/gf modified this gets tricky. This means the meal can be gf or df if a meal component is not consumed. Unless a medical form is on file, the student may be served this component but is not obligated to consume it. To not have the component served, there MUST be a medical form on file that identifies the dietary restriction.

All food allergies and medical conditions must be identified on a Medical Alert Form and be on file with the school nurse. This labeling is completely voluntary and NOT certified by any designee. Our kitchen processes gluten and dairy ingredients daily and all menu items can/may come into contact with these allergens.
