If your child has an injury, we require a doctor's note to excuse them from PE and recess.

In the event of a serious student injury or illness at school, we initiate the following:

1. The primary home phone number is called.
2. If no response, the parents' work numbers are called.
3. If no response, the emergency contact is called.
4. If no response, the child may be transported by ambulance to the hospital.

If your student is injured at school a student accident/incident form is filled out by a staff member and filed at the district office after they are cared for by staff.
