The School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program administers health insurance and other benefits for employees of Washington’s school districts and charter schools, and to union-represented employees of educational service districts. For newly eligible staff, the 2023 SEBB Enrollment Guide and paper enrollment forms are below:

- Need help deciphering plans? Use the SEBB Medical Benefit Plan Comparison tool. Remember, San Juan County residents only have access to Uniform Medical Plan (UMP), managed by Regence, and we can choose from the three UMP plans below:
- UMP Achieve 1
- UMP Achieve 2
- UMP High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). This plan entitles participants to enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA). More information on HSAs, including related forms, is at this link.
